Vice President, Professional Services Division
Ms. Adams serves as the Vice President of Professional Services Division. Ms. Adams joined LSInc in July 2008 and was charged with the management, development, and growth of the Professional Services Division. In this role, Ms. Adams developed a strong and efficient Professional Services Team who, together, grew a robust division and significantly increased the scope and diversity of LSInc government contracts.
She successfully lead the capture of the Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contracts for Global Business Support (GBS), securing contracts for each of three Areas as defined by Navy Regions Southeast, Southwest/Northwest, and Hawaii and went on to lead her Team to the award of more than 80 task orders under this competitive IDIQ. The contracts and resulting task orders cover a wide range of temporary support services in 15 functional areas, including: administrative support and clerical services; quarters management services; health care services; information technology; instructional and training services; maritime material handling; mechanics and maintenance and repair; plant and system operation; engineering/technical support; mobile equipment operation; financial management; specialized technology; industrial services and general services and support.
Ms. Adams has over 20+ years of experience in project, personnel, and operations management with most of her experience centered in the government contracting professional services arena. Ms. Adams came to LSInc from Lockheed Martin. Prior to her service with Lockheed Martin, Ms. Adams managed professional services work for Information Network Systems (INS), Inc., a division of The Sytex Group, Inc.
In the preceding years, Ms. Adams held various positions in project, operations and personnel management with the University of Maryland University College European Division and with the Poulin Corporation in California.
